Meghan Trainor Admits She Made A Mistake In Parenting For Her Only Son Riley. Meghan’s panicked experience made her scared.
In early 2021, Meghan Trainor officially became a mother. The “All About That Bass” singer gave birth to her first child with her husband, Daryl Sabara on February 8, 2021.
Meghan and husband later gave their only son the name Riley. Now, Meghan is enjoying her first moment of becoming a mother.
However, Meghan recently opened up about her parenting mistakes. Due to her ignorance, Meghan almost rushed her little baby to the hospital.
Meghan shared the panic experience when she was a guest on the popular program “The Ellen Show“. It started when Meghan wanted to take her baby boy for a walk to enjoy the morning sun.
After taking Riley for a walk, Meghan said her son’s body was suddenly filled with small red bumps. It happened shortly after Meghan brought Riley home.
“We were going to take her for a walk here in California, and I came home and before long she had little red bumps all over her body,” Meghan said.
Meghan immediately contacted her personal doctor to ask why Riley’s skin suddenly turned red. Meghan said she panicked at the time because she didn’t know what had happened to her son. Meghan also revealed that Riley’s red spots are growing every day.
“And I sent the pictures to my pediatrician after the third day in a row,” Meghan said. “And I was like, ‘What’s going on? Can I put some cream on it? I don’t know what this is.’
After receiving the picture from Meghan, doctors immediately explained that Riley’s skin was filled with heat rashes. That’s because Riley’s skin can’t stand the heat of the sun. Which, Meghan also took too long to take the baby out of the house.
As a result, Meghan admitted that she regretted bringing her baby to bask in the morning sun. He said he would not repeat his mistake a second time.
“He said, ‘Oh, it’s heat rash.’ So, I boil my son on a morning walk. So don’t do that,” concluded Meghan.
